Prison Security
The mission of this Division is public protection by maintaining custody and control of adjudicated adult law offenders. This division is responsible for the corrections officer and guard personnel structure. They conduct security checks, inspections, and various operations related to safeguarding the public from inmates and detainees.

Prison Security Administrator
Major Crisostomo is responsible for the overall administration of four major facilities – The Adult Correctional Facility, Hagåtña Detention Facility, Women's Facility, and Community Corrections Center.

Adult Correctional Facility (ACF)
The Adult Correctional Facility (ACF) consists of (14) housing units which houses immigration detainees,and minimum, medium, and maximum security inmates. ACF is also used to house the overflow of detainees from the Hagåtña Detention Facility. The ACF Operations Commander is Captain Joseph P. Lujan, who also manages External Operations which includes the Vocational Rehabilitation Services and the visitation/transport section.
Hagåtña Detention Facility
The Hagatna Detention Facility is under the purview of the Prison Secrity Administrator(Warden). It houses Local Pre-Trial Detainees, and U.S. Federal Marshal Detainees.
The Facility is also used to house inmates who, for several reasons, need protection from the general population. Lieutenant David F. Borja is the Hagåtña Detention Commander, who oversees the day to day operations of the facility.

Women's Facility
The Women’s Facility is located in Mangilao outside the Adult Correctional Facility and is Guam’s only holding facility for women. The Facility houses female offender’s adjudicated, pre-trial status, federal and immigration. Sergeant Angustia M. San Nicolas is the desingated Unit Manager for the Women's Facility.

Community Corrections Center (C3)
The Community Corrections Center is located in Mangilao and houses inmates who are classified as minimum-out and are eligible under Guam law for work credit, work release, and educational release. Sargeant Alan S. San Nicolas oversees the Administration and Corrections Officer II Victor Sahagon is responsible for daily operations.
